Love potion #9!  As with many things I've learned on the forum, if the water is in 'good shape' and the temps are in range, they just keep going. Like most bodies of water, I bet a lot of the spawns occur from May to late June, and then stops during the heat of summer and then starts up again early fall.
"Politics": derived from 'poly' meaning many, and 'tics' meaning 'blood sucking parasites'.
