Talked to Jones Fish yesterday about the ages of the SBS. They said the sizes are two different age classes. I have reached out to them again to find out what fish will be available for pickup at their remote offices. I am actually a little closer to the Nashville office, and it is a much easier drive so I will likely end up going there.
I am attaching a couple of pics of the sunfish I am catching out of the pond. They look like RES to me, but I am by far not an expert at IDing sunfish and their hybrids. The creek is full of GSF, but it is far lower than the pond with no way of ever getting high enough to get into the pond so I am hopeful to never end up with a GSF problem.
