If things go awry with too many SMB or LMB, you could consider stocking ONE tiger musky. They get big, bite readily, and are a blast to observe. No reproduction hazard, either. Private fishing club I'm a member of near Bellefontaine added 25 to 22 acre lake to thin down excess LMB numbers, and it worked well.
