Yes ----- if your main plant is American Pond weed aka long leaf pond weed do not use Cutrine Plus. CutrinePlus is for planktonic algae and filamentous algae and will not suppress growth of Amer.Pond Weed. How big is the pond? Does the AmPondweed completely surround the shoreline? A weed razor is good for cutting open fishing access areas in beds of AmPondweed until the grass carp grow into years 3-4 and provide better control of pondweed. If the pond is large then you may need a couple more grass carp. There are other good herbicides for reducing pondweeds.
