Thanks for that information! The Mantis that I brought up was 8"-10" in length. The boat owner was the Region 5 Supervisor for the Ca F&G, we went out on many fishing trips together - he'd trailer his boat to put it in, I forget the length, but it was probably 25-30 feet long.
