This would crate current that would imitate current in a stream. If you are real adventurous and creative you could build a small 8ft long raceway out of plywood with inside coated with epoxy or a plastic liner. Water flows in one end (headwater) and exits the other end (mouth). At exit water gets filtered for solids and chemicals then reenters the inlet headwater,
