Thanks all. I’m still on restricted activity for about another 6 weeks. And still kinda weak. Doc told me that I dodged a huge bullet and need to stay on restricted activity for another month or so. I’m doing a lot of armchair exercising. That involves lifting light weights, 3.3 and 8 pounds, for 20 reps about 7 or 8 times a day. Also walking 1/4 mile 3 times per day.

Also squeezing some things to add to my grip strength. I had to quit them today. That worked too well. I had to grease my finger to get my wedding band off. Now what?
