I've done the treatments mid-day (around 12). I will try earlier in the morning. Everything else with application has been followed by label and from support from the Sepro themselves. I've attached a better pic of the beginning phases of it forming again. This is 12 hours after significant rainfall. Will all be green by tomorrow.
