i also looked into the solar deal with my pond. i have too much shade for it to work for me. and the solar power requirements will be huge. sorry to tell ya you are going to have to pay a lot of money for that setup. and if you get a few cloudy days in a row it will start to suck wind. i have been there. but with a large enough investment there are systems out there.
