JIMS SVT, if you cannot get a response from the company, take the pump to an electric motor rebuilding shop near you. That's your last avenue vs buying a new one.

I've had a compressor rebuilt, and will be taking a 220v motor in to see what's more cost effective, buying new or rebuilding.
