Heck, I add a couple of pounds of fatheads every year. They last for awhile then they are gone. I see $15.00 crank baits and buy $2.25 per gallon gasoline. The fish just aren't that expensive. For the most part, I think they are feeding small fish, not predators. If I take care of the little stuff, the predators shoulds be OK.
