Angling your walls will make it harder to set up your furniture in your cabin. What you need to do is spray foam your bathroom interior walls. This will make it so you can not hear anything going on in the bathroom. Even if someone is taking a shower. Spend the extra dollars on spray foam insulation, it will pay for itself many times over in your heating and cooling bills.
