Harvested five more LMB, now ninety for the year. Need to take out total of 200 plus, so have quite a ways to go. CNBG are monsters, even "small" 8 inchers are built like sumo wrestlers. A blast on light tackle!

My switch to summer feeding schedule looks successful. Six and nine am, then 8pm. Fish still feed eagerly in the shade, not quite so much in sunshine.

No giants this time, though I did hook a runaway freight truck at dusk. Ripped drag off like it was headed to Louisiana down Interstate 20, then the hook came out. Possibly a monster bass, or hybrid striper. Huge, whatever it was. If HSB, I'm kinda glad the hook pulled out, as the fight probably would have killed it.

Bushy pondweed still growing, a real nuisance in many areas.
