If turbidity doesn't drop in a few weeks you have an ionic imbalance that you can treat, but still, don't do anything until you declare war on the fish species that can cause turbidity FIRST. I'd make this my primary goal all season until you can't catch any more BH, Carp, or whatever else was washed in from the flood.
