I'm looking for some more up-to-date opinions.


1) I would like to know the general advantages and disadvantages of owning a pre-existing spring fed pond.


2) What about spring water and neighbors with ponds? Problems faced? Lessons Learned? Cautionary tales? Flat facts?

PS....... if one of you ends up being my neighbor with a spring-fed pond in DSE Texas.... I hope we can "Pond Together Peacefully"! laugh
