I'm currently looking into a piece of property about an hour Northeast of Dallas. We currently live in Oregon but want to relocate soon. Does anyone have a recommendation for a pre-purchase consultation company? Someone who could look into weather history, floodplain, soil testing and overall ability for pond construction.
