Setter Guy, go for it! stock another batch and see how they do. I would be surprised that your YP aren't successful at self-sustaining unless your Golden Shiner population is eating the fry or the SMB are hammering the year old class?
Stocking more YP would be pricey as you would have to stock or transplant adults. Time for a grow out pond!!!
