I'm not a hunter but I'm an eater lol. I took some back straps last year and soaked in spike overnight. Then drained then Sprite again with seasoning for few hours. On to the smoker it went. That's was better than any cut of meat iv ever had. Of yeah covered in spray butter also. Not trying to turn this into a recipe thread just sharing lol.
