Yes - I've seen how weather changes can turn fish on/off. This is my first experience in keeping bluegills and it has been illuminating to see how bad they go off their feed. The ones in my 125 gal tank will normally eat till stuffed several times a day. Likewise the pond fish usually blow up the water when I start to feed them.
