Day before yesterday I saw some lmb crusein the 2' shallows in pairs. Also saw 4 or 5 hanging out around the feeders mixed in with the cnbg. The were also in the one to two foot water. And when hand feeding Aquamax lmb some were feeding aggressively . The FLMB mixed in do not show any interest in the lmb feed and you can see them looking over the bg. These lmb would move a couple of feet stop and look for something in there mouth gape size to eat. And while hand feeding, the Hsb were really aggressive. But, this all took place before we had the front come in with some cooler weather and rain. I pulled out the fly rod using a shad type bait and went looking for some of the lmb hatch from last spring. Caught one in the 7" range looked pretty healthy to me. Does not seem to be large mount of these sized fish. Also caught and removed a one eyed, poor conditioned 15" lmb
