First I thought I was going to be smart and jump on the floating walkway and basically stand and paddle it down the pond like a wind-surfer. That worked for about 2 mins until it started sinking and I went in water. Brrrr...
Next my buddy in jeans walked the luckily floating walkway back down to the other end of the pond where it belongs.
Then we put down some boards and pulled the Trex dock up on shore with two ATV's.
Water was cold, but fortunately temp got up to 70 degrees today.
Dock builder says on Monday when temps are predicted to be 68 degrees he will get walkway back onto bracing by using three 18 wheeler tire tubes. We'll see if his "trick" works.
