None that I know of in Iowa, or other adjacent midwest states. From reading the article, it appears 'they' (? Natural resources folks) have a pretty good idea on the 'why' the YP are in decline. I can only imagine how difficult and expensive habitat and water quality improvement would be in a large lake system, given how difficult and expensive it is on my tiny 2.5 acre pond.
