After photographing a couple patterns that I have and like, I realize that they look a lot brighter in the photos than they do in real life. I guess I need to go to a store rather than buying online. Unfortunately, the "sporting goods" stores around here have mostly become fashion clothing stores for the would-be sportsman. I guess that is the market, and I am outdated. People who don't hunt wear them around town. "Look at me, I'm outdoorsy" LOL.
