While Rotenone is more expensive, AND you have to have a license to buy it, I think it is easier to apply, and as long as the pond isn't drained down to the bottom, I think it works as well.

You can restock the pond quickly if you neutralize it with PP.

I had a hard time finding 1 gallon containers earlier this year, I don't know if the supply chain is filled yet.
