Put in about 5 hours of dozer time (JD 550G) this past week on a new wetland or pond, depending on how my timing goes with rain this summer. Just trying to remove a deep layer of topsoil over the field tiles now to speed things up later and to get some more dozer experience. Rain has stopped work for now. We built this quarter acre wetland last summer to get fill for a future pond pad. It has very little watershed but is as tight as a drum. Will move in plants once the water is a little warmer.
