Have had water and soil tested.
Water Tests:
Turbidity- 4.24
Conductiviity- 78.9
Free Reactive Phosphorus - 97.9
DO- 6.69
Total Phosphorus- 132.8
Alk <10 (Has since been brought up to around 20)
Total Hardness 22.659
Soil pH is 5.2
Quick rundown on the algae maybe I'm getting too detailed here

Low densities overall, < 200 cells/mL, but good types to have in general
Some Synura, Scenedesmus, Chlorella, Elakatothrix and Cryptomonas.
