we recently had a 2 day rain and my trout pond silted with clay banks are steep with fairly new growth. this happened in august and i read you guys talking about gypsum so i tried it. this cleared the pond nice and was beautiful. i also shut off aerator too settle pond on someones advice but guess what trout died and i dont know if it was gypsum or oxygen trouble that did it . someone told me gypsum probably plugged gills or too caustic. im in trouble now because it has been 1 week today (nov 9) and they cant see to eat i would compare it to coffee color i need advice on gypsum and trout pumping fresh water in wont touch the proublem HELP
