What'd think I am an engineer or somethin'? grin

15 to 30 cm. per second for optimal bottom cleaning.

0.5 to 2.0 times the fish's body length per second for best fish health.

All the same stuff in Timmon's and Ebeling's latest recirculating book. (The green one).

I have the yellow book, that I don't know where it is at the moment.

Both those guy's use my media from Denmark. I bought it from AST where Ebeling is associated with. Didn't know that till after the fact tho.

Also, tried to find the green book, but why would they change colors, as it was well known as the "Yellow Book".

My memory may still work at times laugh wink
