You ARE good!  It's so evenly applied that it looks like spray-on. You mean I don't have to wet sand my layout dye in between coats??  It's on HRS, you would need to wet sand that first.  More like grind it flat....or at least something coarser than what I would typically wet sand with!  It's on HRS for crying out loud, just get the scale off of it!!!
