Every cat and dog we've had over the last 40 years have all been "rescues". Except for a young and fairly sickly feral kitten that adopted us, all the ones we've gotten from veterinarian's offices or shelters have been wonderful pets. GBY!
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.
