Having good neighbors is everything in my eyes, just as important as every other feature we tend to look at when considering purchasing property.

Our pond acreage has no gates, no "no tresspassing" signs, no cameras, none of that. If you want to check out the sugarhouse, you will find it unlocked. Water and electricity are on.

IMO, the importance of good neighbors cannot be overstated.
