This sounds sort of along the lines as the high fence 'hunting' experiences that can be bought in a variety of places. And when you harvest your whitetail/muley/elk/etc you pay by the point/mass/width. Basically custom select and shoot your wall hanger...

Not my idea of sportsmanship, but to each his own I guess.
