Travis you need to stop watching 24/7 cable news that reports only bad things as they happen anywhere in the world live or almost live. LOL Myself I used to watch the news in my shop as I worked but have pretty tuned out on it and stick with the History channel, Discovery, Science etc. etc.
Use to be a time when there was the plague with no clue how to stop it, your village could be raped, pillaged, burned to the ground at anytime, and most of us were nothing but pheasants. And don't forget starving to death and very short life spans.
It's all relative. I'd rather live here now then then.
