In my continuing efforts to look thin like Sunil (albeit, twice as tall)......
I updated by workout area with HD TV and a Chrome Box. I am typing this as I work my daily bike trip of 8 miles. I'll post a photo when I remember to do so. (I suppose, only I care).
Daily work as is now stands:
Warmup/Bowflex/free weights, 1/4 hour 4 treadmill miles at 4 mph, 1/4 hour 8 bike miles at 16+- mph, 1/2 hour+/-
