Finally after 3 years found some used floats that i could afford so im adding a 12' extension to my permanenet dock, Ill be building the wood frame over the floats at eack end of the dock. My question is this, should I use carriage bolts or deck screws when building the dock frame? I will use deck screws for the top planking because of cost but wondered on the frame part. Thanks
This is all because we dont get any damn ice on the pond and this way i can fish all winter long off of it with the ice rods with skim ice that we get about all winter long...LOL
