I've come to terms since my last post that my new 1 ac pond will not be a trophy bass water. So I've changed my goal to a well balanced fishery where my kids and I can just catch some healthy fish. I really don't want to stock HSB at this time....Ive always wanted a pond with LMB.
I've contacted 3 different fisheries and received 3 completely differrent stocking recommendations. I've compromised all 3 into 1...what do you think?? I will be feeding daily, and I'd like to stock larger than fingerling size if you all think it's worthwhile(I'd like to catch these fish next year if possible). I spent nearly $30K on the pond so I don't mind shelling a little more out for the fish.
