know this may sound dumb and most basic; but, how do i post a message. just joined and can't seem to navigate my way to the most basic step.... posting a question?

Welcome to Pond Boss.
Near the top, just under the banner ad, you will see "Control Panel .. .. Forum List .. .. My Stuff . . ."
Click on "Forum List." Choose the forum where you would like to post your question. When you click on the forum, you will see all the topics. Just below where you earlier clicked on Forum List, you will see "New Topic." Click on New Topic, and you are all set.
