Mark, with this brutal cold we've been having here in VA lately, you may see a downturn in activity again. Water temps in many local ponds were pushing 60 and I have seen some into the mid 40's. Those swings are awfully hard on fish! Particularly ones that are stressed already.
Not sure how much money you are looking to spend, but I agree with Bill and don't think you could stock too much forage fish before your wallet burned up!
