Geez, I mean, we understand budget constraints and all, but you can't afford to hire a pilot any older than 18 months? C'mon! What kind of outfit are you running anyway??!!  Todd, don't be ridiculous. We don't use 18 month old kids for pilots. Sheesh. That's our chief mechanic. Pilots must be at least 5 years old.
