As past president of the Indiana Aquaculture Association and a consummate buyer of fish in the past from Indiana, Michigan, Wisconisn, New York, and Ohio, I know a lot of people in the region.
I also have contacts at Purdue, the INDNR, and BOAH that will be more than willing to give you info if you need any.
