Hi Nate! My post on erosion control efforts may be helpful. I ended up spending around 6k for a 2 acre area. I used cool season grasses as they grow faster than warm season grasses and I was also headed into Autumn. I believe I used brome, rye, oats and fescue but the post will detail that.
