Brettski As a long time lurker on this site I have watched your project with envy, nice job!! I have a sugestion that will make you more productive and safer. Rent a man lift for a weekend, or even a week. They make ones that pull beyond a pick up now that work great. I did it for some 2nd floor soffet work that was over top of a first floor porch several years ago, It would of been a nightmare with ladders & pics. I agree it wasn't cheep but after the job was done I never would have been able to do it in one weekend without the man lift, and the best part was there was it was easier on the body & no pucker factor. It was worth every penny of the rental. I was 10 times more productive.
