I know that Innotek makes a nice invisible fence, the only issue I see is getting your neighbor to slip the collar on prior to coming over!

In all seriousness... Have you thought about making a natural barrier with some trees, or something thorny like blackberry bushes. They can scale a fence anyways, and you might like the look of a more natural barrier near your pond to keep the ^%&*'s out! Just my two cents.
