OP BeeSpringKy Lunker B Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 23 kentucky	I have a newly constructed pond with only 4 ft of water in it..when it rains and the ground starts to dry, one section of the dam from water to top of dam stays wet. what would cause this? Is this a leak?
