I can tell you right now with blues and flatheads crappie stunting will NOT be the problem. It will be crappie wipe out! What kind of forage would you provide for the crappie? Bluegill? You would need to start off with a good bass bluegill mix first with a possible shad population. You have to find a way to forage the Crappie, I think that will be the most difficult part. The big cats are more than likely going to eat the bigger game fish, like big crappie and bass. They might not hurt the bluegill or shad population.
You are also going to have to regulate the numbers of the big cats, with respect to what the rest of the population of species. As crappie, bluegill or bass numbers start going down too much, you would start culling big cats..
