not sure but having performed a few electroshock in FL. I have seen first hand bass fry in Feb. As you know it is not that all bass go to spawn at the sametime, you have the bell curve so some go early and some go late. Pretty wild for northern folks to think of bass spawn in Jan/Feb but it does happen quite frequently in Florida and south GA.
