If the state found out...grrrrr - what a statement! Seems the IL Gov'ment have some more pressing matters to which to attend [impeachment]?

I understand its a good/necessary law intended to protect watersheds from invasive species...but when its applied to a species of fish the Gov folks apparently haven't ever researched it gets me going. Not like you're stocking white perch!
