Welcome to Pond Boss Fishfarmlady. Boy that seems like a great problem to have. Others will probably have much better ideas but here are a few that come to my mind:
1. A fishing derby. Make part of the rules that the fisherman have to record (on forms of your choice) information regarding any fish caught. You can set your own slot limits, etc. If you want to you could charge a fee and donate some of the proceeds to charity.
2. A boy scout or girl scout project to catch and record fish.
3. Probably some of the Pond Boss texas locals could help you out.
4. Bring out Bruce Condello. He averages 111.7 fish caught per hour. In a few hours he'd get the population whipped into submission.
We're glad ya found us FFL. Hang on for some better answers.
Oh and photos we love photos.
