My neighbor and his son came over today for some fishing we kept 7 cnbg and one 5.5 pound catfish. My neighbor caught one cc that went 8.8 pounds and i hooked one that i fought for about 15 minutes before he hung me on the bottom. We caught alot of small cc and cnbg so i am excited to see that everything in the pond is going as planned my cats are growing pretty fast. I put the cc and cnbg 19 months ago and the have been eating game fish chow the cc were 10-12 inches when i put them so i would say they have grown alot in 19 months. Here are some pics of the cc from today.  
You can pay more but you cant buy better.

Maybe these kinds of photos belong as subsets of #24 from Brettski's Why do you own a pond?About noon-time yesterday I walked into a fast food restaurant for a snack. Almost immediately, a beautiful young blond ran up to me, hugged me, and said "can we go fishing?" The next question was "can I stay overnight?" As a grandparent, could you resist?  The fish weren't quite as accepting, but we all had a great time.  Gramps (Ken to the rest of you!)

Yep, that's what it's all about.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
