I've got Black crappie in my pond due to my own stupidity. I was wondering how many bluegill I would have to have to produce enough fry to give plenty of food for black crappie, perch, and largemouth bass? I also have some brown trout and a few channel cats. The pond is half acre and the fish seem healthy. Theres aproximently 60 bluegille mature, 40 perch, 20 black crappie, 25 brown trout,10 huge bass, and 10 chanel cats. I know that when the crappie spawn the bass will have a field day on them but, I was just wondering what some other peoples thoughts were. I do pellet feed but, haven't had any eat any yet this year that I have seen. The pond is 2 years old and I do areate. Any thoughts or advice would sure help. Thanks..
